I have made a commitment to obtain my certification in Professional Coaching. For the next six months I will be enrolled in the Federal Goverment Coaching Program. This is a natural career progression, as the essence of coaching is unlocking people's potential to maximize their own performance through awareness, responsibility, and self-belief. In doing so, a coach can help remove internal obstacles that keep people from realizing unlimited possibilities.
