I just added a new article called "Being Blind" and I wanted to drop a quick note of explanation to go along with it. I generally don't spend a lot of time harping on my "disability" (whatever that means) but being legally blind is a reality in my life and nothing I'm ashamed of. I have no problems with questions made out of curiosity -- only with comments made out of ignorance. Asking questions is, after all, how we cure ignorance. :=)
