I'm Not Fat..The Scale Said So 10/12/2007 4:49:14 PM
If you think you're not at risk of being told you're not healthy because the scale said you're only 130lbs or a chart says your weight is proportionate to your height, think again! The biggest factor in determining your overall health is body fat%. A man who weighs 300lbs at 6'4 could be a bodybuilder or a couch potato. What's the difference? The bodybuilder may have a body fat% of 6% while the couch potato has body fat% of 37%. One is a stud and the other is a spud. Have your body fat% measured to determined if you're truly at a healthy weight or if you are at a cardiovascular risk level. It's your body take care of it. Besides spuds are only good when baked and a stud will at least pick up the tab. Be safe out there.
