New Blog for my music CDs and Poetry/lyrics

I've started a couple of COLORFUL and Widget laden blogs at Google's Blogspot service to serve as temporary WEB PAGES. This is until I can find the time to build a new website. As it was it took far too long to build these pages and I get clicks but no comments. So maybe a few of my loyal AD friends can check one out and leave a comment here ay AD or better on the BLOG there...I think you have to sign in unfortunately.
Does anyone know if being a blog on Google whether this is getting my name and music out there in their search engine?
