Spontaneity is said or done without having been planned or written in advance. Yesterday was a beautiful fall morning, so I decide to take a long walk through the neighborhood. As I made the u-turn to return home, I noticed that my neighbor and his dog were also out walking. All of a sudden, his dog rolled over on its back and started wiggling around and making noises of sheer glee with no awareness that I was watching. He was having so much fun being spontaneous.
I thought: “Oh I would love to do the same; to be spontaneous in the middle of my walk. But alas, I continue on with my walk as before. what would you have done?
