Mental Illness
2/5/2008 5:39:42 AM

Mental Illnes to me is something not on accept; but to accept and fight for your life. The life that you want and the person you want to be. Get help; take your meds and keep the weight off with nutrition and exercise. Fight!! Keep your "self" as much in contact as possible.
Rob Honzell

Combat PTSD is a terrible condition due to the violence that has triggered the nightmares and hallucinations. The meds are terrible due to the fog and the weight gain. But you have to keep trying. You can have a life that is not normal, but better than the alteranative.
