Edit I dont know how many of you have decided to edit your book after it is already published, but it is not fun. In my case I think I lost some of the original "balls" if you would that was included in the first version. I know some of the combat chapters were graphic: But they were first person and in case for the ones of you that don't know it; combat is very graphic. I am sitting here with two contracts from publishers, now they want the book, you know the kind that pay you; but I don't know if I am going to accept either of them. My book reads like a novel now. The book is first person; auto-biographical, memoir if you would and I don't want the dang thing to read like a romance model. My life has not been a romance. It has been a journey through mental illness triggered by combat escalating to Chronic PTSD. Anyhow, other people are happy now.
