See: LA Times, 4/22/05-- "Senate Approves $81 Billion for War Costs" So now the "war-reconstruction" cost will exceed $300 billion, with the Pentagon expected to have its hand out again come this autumn. Bush's legacy: Clinton's Peace Economy permanently derailed by blood-drenched perpetual war/chaos in Central/Southwest Asia. The United States Military-Industrial Establishment must be proud.
