The "Trilogy is finally finished. It's later than I had anticipated, but it is now in the hands of iUniverse, and should be in the online stores within a few weeks. I am a bit disappointed with iUniverse though: it now charges shipping for the author's free copies! I wonder what new charges they will come up with next!
