Travelling to Dordrecht and back has been no fun in this weather. Travelled to Dordrecht and back Thursday/Saturday - I sometimes do the trip in one day, this time my return was delayed 28 hours due to the chaos across Europe and at Schipol in particular.
Communication is probably one of the most important things that we do - unfotunately Schipol and KLM do not appear to have grasped this principle.
