Life’s Breath
Jagged breaths of cooled air
Grind within this nights fair
Blackened heart of loves pair
Leaves in trembling despair
Long lost words of passion
Found struggling admission
Toward a singular opinion
That left no question
Turn around and be found
Look up for light abounds
Swirling colors doth surround
Only to fall back to the ground
Cloaked inside this victims tomb
Shrouded in sins gloom
Is it safe that we all assume
That life began within one womb
For open eyes will behold
What we have all been told
That ones yearning leaves you cold
Only his love does enfold.
