Silence, you seem so quiet... as I sit alone in natures forest. Silence, you have no sound... yet I hear you as I sit. Silence, you muffle the wings.... of a bird as it flys. You cover the rustling of a the squirl... as it scampers in the trees. Silence, I Love your peacefulness... as I sit looking up at the stars. I adore your quietness, so hypnotizing.... as I stare at the moon. So, sleep tight silence.... as I close my eyes. For, tomorrow I look forward... forward to your calm, mesmerizing nothingness. copyright 8/30/02 Larry K
