Serve me up another order
from your doggybag.
Thanks.
I'll take a side order
of crumbs.
Let me get under the table
maybe I'll find something
really tasty.

Fickle minds
and feeble times
equals
insatiable appetite
and hunger still
lingers.

Throw me a bone
lest yee
be kicked to the curb
oh noble knight
of twice blessed hearts.

Doggybags at my house are gobbled down by me. lol. Sometimes the dogs get a nibble. But I never thought of a doggie bag for those less fortunate. Novel idea. Hmm...Love it. Liz

Never though of a doggie bag that way, but I always do doggie bags, love them. Loved this poetry too, different but cool, and delightful to read.
