First sit down in a cozy, quiet room.

You might also need a trusted friend as you go about,
this task of kicking your brainwashers out.
Maybe assistance from the law will be in it's place,
as it could be a dangerous task to face the sod,
who carved fearful scars in your mind and bod'.

When speaking of scarred minds and such,
you need to work through that mess.
By yourself this could prove to be to much,
to handle, none the less,
it's a task that must be done
and you don't have to do it alone.

Then you need to seek out someone schooled to be,
the one who can open your eyes and make you see.
That you bear no shame in what happened to you.
You were a victim and as such the guilt is not yours, that is true .
You will eventually learn that being a victim does not make you weak,
you must wash your ears from all those that so speak.

as if though you hadn't allready done so by healing you.

Write down your strengths all of them,
be sure to make good use of your pen.

a step-by-step guide to wich you can manage to stick.
This is the most vital thing if you want your dream to come true ,
it is simply crucial that each step is manageable to you.
You cannot make it in a quantum leap, impossible for your feet,
to handle.

And as you cannot rely on somebody else,
for your miracle to come true ,
the only one who can do that is you.
Make your timetable realistic and to it adhere,
soon you will see your miracle appear.
