Oddly, I find cemeteries alive, even the ones where people whom I know are buried. another poetic form
Mike Bayles something's waking by Mike Bayles something's waking to the call of day day and dew glisten under the fall of dawn's light light awakens dreams and sheds the cloak of darkness darkness gives way to anticipation anticipation stirs the heart and soul heart and soul hear the wind wind sweeps the grounds grounds hold memories of those past past lives captured on memorials memorials taken in reverence reverence is the whisper of the divine divine is the span of life life is the pursuit of dreams dreams enlighten day day calls when something's waking
