In God we trust, our souls to rest,    
In verdant fields, a life that’s blest.   
In passions rage, a faith on fire,      
Our broken souls, lift’d up from mire.  
We pray to God, our stains egest,  

In days gone by, through life’s unrest,    
In lifting up, our cross we threst,          
To honour Him, we will not tire.        
In God we trust.                        

The life we live, is a contest,                
Yet some poor fools, will mock in jest.     
For our Lord gives, a warning dire,     
To miss judgement, and Hells’ cruel fire.
We’ll soldier on, complete life’s quest.
