Thoughts that try to distract us.

At times I am trapped like the Spiders prey caught in a thought that will not go away, one that nags and nags at my soul demanding attention even if I say NO. Like a dark cloud it hovers around making its prescence more that profound, while it does I realize one thing always above dark clouds there is a Sun shining. The telephone rings just what I need to take me away from this irritant that beckons me, soon it vanishes where I do not care just so long as I remember the Sun is shining up there.
