Hallelujah! Inauguration Day in USA has finally come

and as we stand we must grasp the significance of it!

by taking the time to survey and recognize this total sum…

God Alone deserves All Credit for razing the callous rift!

Four years ago a disastrous mistake was definitely made

for voters placed in the highest chair of our Beloved Land

an instrument that was filled with bigotry and racist tirade

who delayed not to unveil and foster a supremist band

Ah, but ‘we the people’ stood together and did not cower

pressing our way despite threats we made our voices heard

though injured…democracy’s power still waves in this hour

stronger than any coup or vile insurrectionists that lured

Right to the end with evil intentions he surely did not hide

deliberately festering & supporting a scathing, lawless mob

whereby even…murders…did not deflate his arrogant pride

for ignored was the pain of mourning families…he made sob

So it is now we must take heart as this so important day dawns

remembering that our forefathers tasted such stagnancy before

thus we’re assured ‘He’ who brought them…will too bring us along

with songs of freedom that’s being sung with a price on this our shore

But, tell me what is the good and the benefit…of this hard experience

if each one of us have not…Learned…this Poignant Lesson well...

This is America! erected with bones & blood of an integrated presence!

Dare we, for any party’s sake, allow a would-be dictator’s rise to dwell!

It is hoped that surely we nor our little ones forget not this history...

while going forth and we rebuild from…Trumpism’s…shameful fray

but let our nation’s conscience recall the…Cost…of this our Victory

as we Thank God for and Celebrate…Inauguration Day, 2021, in USA!
