Be Still…!(Ps 46:10) But how when through tears…it seems our whole world is falling apart?!?!! Well, I have found that I learn best from experience. Unless we have trusted in God and allowed Him to have His way when every impulse tells us to ‘do something’…we will not develop the Faith to stand back, while we continue to pray and …wait on God. Indeed, this is where the strength of our Belief in God is tested. The test is not for God, for he already knows us. The test is for us...that we can get to know ourselves better in as far as our relationship with Him goes. And, as I am led to think on the book of Job, I can’t help but marvel; My, what a profound inspiration Job was! Let’s press on, indeed…Amen

To verily, Let God Have His Way… Is much more than words… we say It’s choosing to stand …and survey Rather than to bend things our way It is calling on our faith... each day While ignoring the obvious… display Of the bold, unrighteous acts at play It is being still when itching to...flay It is trusting when wanting to bray It is patience despite the vast outlay Of what is wrong, and fully decayed It is strength found in hope’s …sleigh It’s leaning while relying on Yahweh It is remaining silent in times of gray It’s crying but turning…yet…to pray It is when in humanness of our ... clay We tell Jah what we want on our tray But then tarry not… to hastily convey All the results...are His whatever may Indeed it's waiting…within belief’s ray As we yield to Let God Have His Way Job 23:10, 12:15, 19:25, Hab 3:17-19, Ps 13 copyright; jmsbell-6/27/21

Faith cames from the realization that our Lord is always there. It give us hope and courage to go forward! His love and guidence are alawys there!

Faith (yielding to Christ) can be likened to a set of muscles that require regular exercise (that being prayer, study, and obeying His commandments) otherwise they eventually atrophy. Exercised faith is imperative, because sometimes 'later' becomes 'never'. One of your better insights JMS Bell. Well received. Thanx... rlc

I sense a contradiction. We learn from experience. To do nothing but pray when faced with a decision or action that must be taken and rely on an external God (perhaps some wording in the Bible) is literally to do nothing and let whatever it is that's facing you up to him so that you don't have to experience making that decision yourself.

If you don't experience, how can you gain4 experience?
