Joyce, what an amazing way your words touch my heart. There are times I find myself holding on by a thread to what I know to be true but I don't let go. This world is so ugly and so many people are so angry. Right now, in my area, we're afraid to breathe the air. I wonder why too much. My father always said to have a "childlike faith". Good man!!
Love is within us all, given to us by our mother who shows us the way right after we are born. We don't need to wait until we are gone to use our love to make things better for everyone else. Once we do that, the pain of living in this life will be greatly eased and thoughts of possibly there being something on the other side will go away.
No doubt, love is the driving and motivating force of our lives, here below, where learn the meaning of earthly love in light of the divine love that shines down upon us by way of example.
