Eyes, like the soul and the angels,
are more joyous, when graced with singing.
One is scarcely aware of
fatigue while stepping to music.
The earliest record declares that
"while the morning stars sang
together,... all the angels shouted
for joy." (Job 38.7). So, you are
invited to sing or talk-sing (aloud)
this song.
Eyes are the Window to the Soul
Eyes are the win-dow to the soul.
I looked at his bod-y and I saw on-ly
his bod-y;
I listened to his words and I heard
on-ly his words;
I watched his acts and I saw on-ly
his ac-tions;
But when I looked in-to his eyes
I saw his soul.
And see-ing his soul I had em-pa-thy
for him and knew that he was my broth-er. |:So look in-to your own eyes and in-to
the eyes of an-oth-er per-son and
see your own soul and the soul of
an-oth-er per-son.:|
(Note: To focus on the female replace the
male words "his," "him," "he," and brother
with "her," "she," and "sister.".)
