Fear is "False Evidence Appearing Real."
Fear is an unplasant emotion caused by
belief that produces anxiety indicating
someone or something is dangreous,
likely to cause pain, loss or be a threat.
Fear begins with belief, believing a lie. Most
fear-inducing beliefs prove to be like a false
fire alarm, i.e., what was feared did not
happened, and if it did it was not dangerous
or threatening. This is not to say that a
person may not encounter danger. Danger
is faced effectively without fear.
Jesus' admonishment to his disciple;
"Do not fear." Luke 12;32.
During his first inauguration President
Franklin D. Roosevelt said: "The only
thing we have to fear is fear itself." When you bcome aware that you are
about to entertain a fear-inducing belief
repeat this acrostic seven times.

A simple acrostic with a fundamental lesson. Psychologists have learned that we are born with only two fears: the fear of loud noises and the fear of falling. When we like to scare our children or feed them lies get them scared, we provide a pathway for false fear for the rest of their lives.
