whether the blood and skin of thousands of children
smeared across a land
by weapons of mass destruction
justified on a possibility based upon a lie
constitutes an act of terrorism
where the meaning of terrorism
depends on the whims of those
with the most powerful weapons
in this case the United States and friends
possess the most and the best
instruments of death
able to make whole nations dance
which, quite logically, must mean
that using smart bombs to burn and melt the blood and skin of thousands of children
does not, as a matter of fact and quite arguably as a matter of law (but perhaps not as a matter of history), constitute an act of terrorism.
