This is a poem I wrote when I was seventeen years old. I am posting this one because I feel that it is still true . No matter how old you are there will always be mountains that you will have to climb
Life is a Test
Life is a test and earth is the classroom. If you fail you will have a lifetime of misery; win and you will succeed and have a joyous abundant life.
Many things in life can get you off course like heartache, rejection or peer pressure. Sometimes in this test we call life you go through, to get to where you need to be. No one starts out on the top, you have to climb the ladder of success rung by rung. When you slip and fall don’t wait for someone to lift you up, you’ve got to pick yourself up by the bootstraps (so to speak) and keep on pressing forward.
Life is a test. Experience is the teacher. Earth is your school. Whether you get an E or an A. Whether you learn from experiences or you ignore and suffer the consequence it is your choice.
In the Whirlwind is a poetic storm that frees history from the cages of corruption and puts it in the hands of everyday people. Words are weaved into a new fashion statement that has nothing to do with runways but everything to do with projects!
