I ought to've been a star in the sky
instead of here stuck on the earth
every thing that is the case
begins with death and ends with birth

born into elite Vienna
I guess things coulda been much worser
Bertrand Russel was my teacher
until the vice became the verser

Tell them I've had a wonderful life
and Storey's End was not the end
my time was like a diamond mind
from when young Hitler was my friend

Ludwig Ludwig where'd you go
and do we really want to know?

the evidence atomic facts
the picture logical attacks
the thought may seem significant
but what you think is what you can't

proposition function truth
so elemental taught to youth
if you can't drink it from a cup
then might as well shut the hell up

the laws of nature are not laws
to speak the language creates flaws
to understand you know too soon
you might as well bay at the book

crazy as a midnight bat

Ludwig Ludwig you're so silly
all you do is willy-nilly

nothing is more difficult
as being honest with yourself
you may fool the whole damn world
but you cannot fool yourself
