This is a new form for me. I submitted for the Form Over Substance Challenge at the Starlite Cafe. It is called The Round. Last word of line matches first word of next line. Rhyme scheme: aa bb cc dd.

Soft the spotlight spills; she leaps to her toes toes some times fitted in pink satin bows, bows and arrows, Eros craftily aims aims for his heart, hers is in flames, flames leaping – pas de deux, she is dreaming… dreaming him, wishing him, silently screaming, screaming! His name… a fleeting spark in time time… and verses lost to similar rhyme.
Another winner --?!!! You are a true champion, m'lady. As for the idea of losing you, "miss" is far too weak. Can't bear the thought, so take extra, extra good care of yourself. Writing hard, I know. . .and that is great. Just. . .take care! Love you, 'Pea' xox

i know nothing really of form poetry but I do know a well crafted poem the beautiful is endless in this "ROUND"
Wow! what a gem you created here Carmen!I love the picture, I love the topic, and most of all the beautiful ambiance you gave your ballerina to dance in,just exquisite poetry! The form is superb, and your last lines a most fitting finale!Kudo's!
