In this place, in the name of empire, ends all hope and humanity. Here a conquered people is broken, humiliated, subjugated to the conqueror This is the cornerstone of Empire this place of The skull. Rome builds many roads but each is marked with crosses and curbed with skulls Know this you who would build empire the cross, the gallows, are your friends. Random slaughter, judicial terror are the props of your throne. Remember, O, Caesar, there is no kingdom, no power, no glory without the cross
