A condemned man
Dreams
Once he meets his destiny
Into his final sleep
Hopes there waits, for him
An eternal dream.
The noose
Of a gallow's rope
Prevents a criminal
From inhaling or exhaling
At ease
As his dangling feet
wiggles desperately
reaching to re-perch.
A severed head
incoherently mumbles silently
not making any sense
Of it's surroundings
For any length of time
After the executioner
Releases
The guillotine's blade.
It's wrong to assume and condemn someone because of the person past errors. Sometime, people just assume so much so that when one speaks, the other automantically link this to another person who has nothing to do with the one who speaks.
I think it's about time that this pattern of auto condemnation goes away. People change, and sometimes they change for the better. I don't think one who was bad before has to carry the name with him forever.
I always believe there's a good side of a person. Sometimes, we just have to dig deep. Whenever I look at a person, I want to know his/her good quality first.
This is just my humble opinion.

Reminds me of Wildes, Ballad of Reading gaol, don't think I could sleep. Well written melanchonic poem..
