Between then And now
He Still Reigns
In the light that burns
Within our hearts and souls.

How can a man
Speak softly
Yet the people at the outter rim
Within a crowd of thousands
Could hear, listen and learn?

Have his words
Embedded
In their memories, never forgetting
Till their last dying breath.

It was said
He fed a multitude
With a few fish and five loaves
Of Bread
Some came to feed
Upon his words
For men does not live
By bread alone.

A gentle touch healed
Cleansing, the lepers
Made the blind see
The light of the one true God.

Soft words whispered orders
Into a deaf man's ears
Whose first words heard
Were those of the teacher
From the mound.

A yelled command
And a breath into the nostrils
Of one dead
Shall He resurrect
To praise the son of God
Standing before him.

He Still Reigns
The only thing I wish
Is to continue, believing in him
All he asked of men
Was
Believe in me
And Paradise is yours.
