I am the one, condemned
Eternally
That is my punishmaent
To possess the loveliness
Of the true image

Now trapped

Treasured thoughts and memories
Unique
I've often titled you
As I
Held you ever so tenderly
Showering your loveliness
With succulent kisses
Within my embrace
Hair of golden strands
Eyes of sapphire jewels
Lost in the deep sea blue
Of our ocean's that part
Lips of cherry hues
The taste of honey on your tongue
I once knew
Smile radiant, as a sunrise
Lips I taste
I savor with grace
I see you not
With open blind eyes
You my love, can never hide
The light of my soul
Incarcerates yours
within the burning embers
Of my aching heart
Without your image, in my mind
My world, will fall apart.
~SIGH~ can a sound so simple deliver to you the awe I have for your talent? This poem is so many things at once...beautiful, fragile, passionate, sad..I could go on and on so I will just ~SIGH~..

Very beautiful romantic poetry I enjoyed my first read of your work.
