To be, or not to be
Is my reason why
I am under the impression
That I am here
Friends, Roman citizens
I've come to bury Caesar
No to praise him.
Am I dreaming
Did I just have a brain fart
Or one drink too many
As I watched
A lovely damsel
In romantic distress
Staring into the faraway
Horizon
From within her balcony
In wonderment.
With a sad lonely soul
Hands over her heart
Where Oh where
Is my Romeo
Where are thou
My Romeo Oh Romeo
I heard her softly say.
Am I waking up
From a dream?
Is that thunder I hear?
Or did I fall off
My saddle?
As Our calvary
Was charging
Into the valley of death.
Where the enemy
Pounder, pounder and pounder us
Like thunder
Firing their cannon balls
Cannons to the right
Cannons to the left
Cannons to the front
Bursting shells all around us.
As our gallant men
All charged
Into the valley of death
Riding and dying brave men
Of our calvary
Rode the glorious Sixth hundred.

Excellent write, William! Sometimes I feel this way when I wake in the middle of the night, from a fragmented dream which is remembered for 5 or 10 seconds, then disappears into.... the land of forgotten dreams??? Well done.
Strangely, to this writer, it all made sense. Often our minds move in streams of impressions that make no sense until a dream congeals what we think we thought into a lump of clay that becomes moldable.
