Hi Fellow Poets and writers
This is a spoof on a very good
Personal friend of mine.
Written both in Spanish and English
"El Ratocito" is Spanish for The "Tiny Mouse."
In really he is a giant of a man
standing at 5 feet nothing

EL Ratoncito
~~~~*~~~~
Yo conoci, en me tiempo
En esta vida
De poeta
Un Ratoncito diminuto
Que era simpatico
Y ellgo el tiempo
Que era una vez
Y todavia es
Mi mejor amigo
Yo y ese
Condenado Ratoncito.
Que mucho le gustaba
Comir queso
Siempre a mi amigito
El Ratocito.
Yo de daba queso
Y siempre me preguntaba
Que eso? dice
El pobrecito Ratoncito.
El era un genio
De todas classe de juegos
Y nunca celebra
Las perdidas
El gusto, era mas que
Ganar.
Asta el dia, que conocio
Y jugo, con el gato
Aye!
El pobrecito, Ratoncito
Lo unico que de queda
Es el rabito
Del Pobrecito Ratoncito.
The Tiny Mouse
~~~~~~*~~~~~~

I once met, in this life
Of poetry
A Tiny Mouse
Who was friendly and wonderful
He was and still is
My best friend
I and that damned
Tiny Mouse.

Oh how much he loved
To eat cheese
Always my little Friend
The Tiny Mouse
I used to feed him chesse
Always he would ask me
What was that?
Tiny Mouse, asked

He was a genius
In all types of games
So he thought
Never did he celebrate
His loses.

He loved winning
Winning was everything
To him
Until the day
He met and played
With The Cat.

The poor Tiny Mouse
The only thing
That was left of him
Was his Tiny little tail
Of my friend
The poor Tiny Mouse.

Ohhhhh! Poor baby!
In the beginning I thought of Walt Disney. At the end I knew Mickey is living and will always be immortal as is your mouse friend today.
Love and peace,
Susan
