I over heard two men conversing
Talking about someone
Don't rightly know
Who the subject
Of the conversation was
It went something like this.

He's just a run away train
On tracks previously greased
A loose cannon,
some might say.

Others would claim
That he's a ticking time bomb
Waiting to explode,
The other day
He was accused
Of being a can short
Of a six pack.

A good friend I know
Said he was a dip stick
Or did he say a dip shit?
As he the subject
Of this conversation
Walked by.

A woman said to another
His lights are on
But there's no one home
All these cliches
Were about someone
Who seemed
To be walking,
On a razor's edge.

I just hope
It wasn't me
All these conversation
Were about
Or am I getting Paranoid?
