Your return pleases
My heart and soul
A thought
Of a flickering dim flame
Has rekindled to it's highest
It's brightest
Leaving a passionate
Burning feeling
Deep within this self
That awes at the mere sight
Of your loveliness.
~*~
Your smile though not a grin
Nor pronounced
Melts my soul within
It brightens dismal places
Where no one sees their faces
As they sit in shadowey corners.
~*~
The silkiness of your beautiful
Auburn hair
My fingers once
Passionately combed
As I used
To caress them through
When true love was there.
~*~
Your hair so beautiful
It crowns and adorns
The loveliness
That is you
The naturalness of your beauty
Make up free
Excites the little devil
Within me.
~*~
To embrace you
Is to kiss the divine softness
Of your tender lips
To whisper little naughty
Nothings, as I hold your
Voluptuousness
Within my grasp
Is what I truly live for.
~*~
As we drift into
Sereneness
I stare into you
Heavenly mysterious
Green eyes
Still embrace and spent.

"It brightens dismal places / Where no one sees their faces".....love that. This is so beautiful and passionate. Even the printed shape of the poem is sensual, whether intended or not. Excellent. JM
