Tears, I still shed many ,especially at nights. Dpn't like them in front of kids and grandkids. Keep them hidden but they come bidden from somewhere at night. Death has made me more tearful than before. It is good to cry and shed tears over a loved one, but tell that to the family.

So very true William, I have nine grandchildren and as I watch them and the changes they go through, they don't always understand the many reasons we sheed those tears. a beautiful write, thank you for sharing.

Excellent, insightful and so, so true!
Tears really do well up, as one becomes more and more appreciative of life and the time we have left here, enjoying the simplest of gifts!

Tears are a wonderful part of life, they allow us to release frustration, express joy, and often cleanse our soul. Enjoyed this poem very much. You are right my friend, as we age...the tears do seem to flow a bit more freely. Great write!

William, tears, tears, they're hard to hold back and sometimes we'll squeeze our lids to keep them on track; but, in an instant a tear drop will land on our cheeks and we'll let go of all our emotions. This is such a truthful write! I enjoyed the honest feelings I received from this read.
