Come share with me, this night
That shrouds over my soul
Stay with me for a while
For I fear the unknown
That dwells, within my room.
The shadows on the walls
Dance for me, no more
As you sang for me
Your soft lullabies
For one who is unwelcome
Lurks about.
Hold me
Within the haven
Of your tender embrace
Whisper with loving words
My fears away.
Let me taste the sweetness
That laces the softness
Of your sensuous lips
Hold me tight
Until the sunrise
Conquers the night.

During moments of darkness
you reach out to me
I feel your gentle soul's cry
to my warm soul
You only need to breathe
and my warmth will be felt
deep into your gentleness
that harbors this darkness
Your soul is releasing this darkness
Let me be your receptical
I can hold your pain, your sorrow
and be here for you tomorrow.
When the shadows of darkness enter
Let me be your mentor
Let me take you in,
so lightness will fill your soul
to settle all of those shadows
and diminish the unwanted ones.
As the sun rises in the morning hour
I will be your morning, healing flower.
Sheltering you from this fear
calling your soul's companion
is the deliverance from the shadows
that have dwelled far too long.
