Praise for an Angel
~*~

My soul stands at the edge
Of insanity
Lost in the inner space
Of reality
Where words sing
Of true love’s endless passions.

Searching for the ecstasies
Drifting within the haven
My room possesses
Where shadows slink
Defying the light
That will eradicate
Their existence.

As I ride a vacuum
Towards the black hole
Of no return
I no longer fear
That which stands
On the other side
Rapping, rapping
On my sanity’s door.

You my gallant Angel
Have swung
Your flaming sword
In his direction
Chasing him
Into the battlefields
Of injustice
The reaper now must
Wait
For yet another day.

For a true musketeer a man with a scythe shouldn't be a problem.
If you need help...I have a sword and can travel.
Peace.
