That lights your way
When you’re down and out
In despair.
I am the wind
That breezes through
The silkiness of your hair.
I am that whisper
In the heat
Of a passionate night.
I am your sanctuary
When darkness shrouds
Over your fears
Of the unknown.
I am the sweetness
On your soft tender lips
That seeks to kiss mine.
I am your vision
Of ecstasy
When we vowed
Our true love
Before God.
You and I together
Will ride entwined
All the senses
Of utopian dreams
At the edge of infinity.
Where I will profess
My everlasting love
For you
For I am so deeply
In love with you.
Mesmerizing is the word that comes to mind. It captured my heart like I can't begin to say. Love is beautiful when you add all the attributes of your poem.
