A New Morning ~~ Woke to a beautiful morning* Rubbing the sleep of my eyes Clear and bright A great summer day Not a cloud in the sky. I quickly rose to my feet I stretched my body West to east From side to side Up towards the sky, Reached down to my toes With ease. Did several jumping jacks, Some mountain climbers, Even a push ups or two Went outside Inhaled a deep breath Went for a brisk walk Not so bad for an old man With a history Over a half century behind. Walked over 2 miles Found myself strutting Herd some lovely ladies Passing by saying “Isn’t he healthy looking So handsome. Made me feel so great I decided to “jog” back home Wow! I made it I said to no one there Under all my sweat, I felt great Turned on the shower Hot and soothing Looked in the mirror Closed my eyes Took a deep breath As I was ready to exhale I opened my eyes Sat on the bed Placed my feet on the warm rug Looked out the window It was still dark out side. You sound like you are very fit, William. I know my doctors would like the same thing for me. But I have not been active for awhile. I will have to take it slow. Anyhow you keep that fitness and you will be able to be back on the force.

Don;t you just love those dreams of when we could do the things that are difficult now. Perhaps your dream is telling you to get back to your old self and that it is possible. I am feeling very blue and lonely these days, and my dreams are definitely trying to lift my spirits. To dreams and manifestation of those dreams to become reality!
There is always hope for a better life.
