The President

I want to be

The Puppeteer.

I don’t want to be

A Congressman

I want to be

That “Lobbyist”

That beckons,

Luring him to hear

~*~

 

I don’ want to be

A Senator

I want to be

One of those CEO’s

He genuflects to

As others cheers.

Hmmm. Food for thought. Maybe it does need an ape to get the place in shape.
Make a fine change from all the usual monkeying around. Save the monetary problem. Just pay the lot peanuts.
