Washed away footprints

Washed away footprints

Soft were your lips

I once kissed

Warm was your tender

Body

As you gently pressed it

Against mine.

 

Delicious are the memories

You stowed

Within my mind.

 

There we still walk

Hand in hand, barefooted

Along white sand beaches

On distant shores

Gave way to each steps

Along our way.

 

Leaving behind footprints

Long ago washed away

Yet those memories

Still dwell

Within our minds

There to stay.
