Are no longer
Shaped
As those
In my youth
I left tears
upon

Today
Within my sorrow
I cried
On some one’s
Shoulder.

Oh this one's padded with such emotion...tears are intercepted in different decades in different ways, William...kinda cop-like here intercepting emotion from a family member's tears when told of a tragedy delivered from a law enforcement agent, something you know about all too well...

I like shoulders better than the pillows...
shpulder have arms that hug...

“Tears on My Pillow,” is an old song I recall. For lo on 50 years I have not used a pillow and my neck is much better for it. Not that I ever shed much tears for that matter. Cheers for your tears.

Weeping lasts a moment but joy comes in the morning. Pillows are a beautiful way to keep tears close to heart and soften the blow...
