Clowns, Clowns, Clowns?
Some are funny
Some personify sadness
Some scream
some toot their horns
Capital Hill is a good place
To find a few Clowns
Now they want to investigate

Smokey Robinson said "There's nothing sadder than the tears of a clown." Political clowns and self-serving religious clowns walk the streets in disquise in buffoonery indeed...simple poem with no make-up agenda, William. It's a circus out there!
Don't know who they are investigating, but all they have to do in Washington is grab the guy walking into the Senate or the other place and there would be plenty there to investigate.
