A repost of a piece written long ago
A Crystal Heart A heart abandon in a snow drift lair Alone and blinded by the snow, of decisive No soul to confess to Sins multipied a thousand folds. No blood pumps through As I lie next to you Ignored and forgotten, Were times of long ago when love was pure, and sins were none. when lips were warm and tongues were sweet As nectars flow And the Gods were jealous above As we never grew old. No more walks along the beach With hands holding each other As in times of no wants But the love we had, for each other. When times was meaningless The sun rose upon you within my arms We watched the last sunset Within your crystal heart. By: William Bonilla 12/19/03
