A poem in mind
~~*~~

I want to express
These deep feeling
Stressing the beat
Of my heart

Inspiration escapes me
Once again
My mind no longer
Remembers the loveliness
Of a beautiful face
With a smile
That brightens all that causes
Shadows
To dance on the walls.

When embraced we struggles
For love to conquered
Us both
Seek I shall
Your dormant image
Dwelling still
In the archives of my
Mind .

William this brought my tears. What more can I say except, when poetry touches the soul it is real poetry.

Love of the heart seeks moments to remember smiles, scents, touch.
Inspiration will brighten images and chase those shadows.

Beautiful thoughts.Sometimes it is a scent that brings back such precious a memory, a stillness, a sight, a moment in time, but live on it does in a special chamber of the heart.

With respect and smiles,

Sometimes we have to search deep into those mind archives for something we should have fondly remembered.
