A bit of the rattle snake of romance

A Beauty or A Goddess

Can a man
Live a normal life
Once he has laid
His eyes
Upon you the beauty
The Gods above
bestowed upon
My vision.

With you
Their most valued
Creation
Since Venus De Milo
Was proclaimed
Goddess of beauty.

Will my finger ever
Gently comb though
your golden strands
Of hair
Woven and loomed
by the gods of Zeus.

Will you ever imprison me
Within the sensuousness
Of you heavenly Green eyes
As I have already
Imprisoned you
Within mine

Will you ever allow me
To share a taste
Of the sweet nectars
Lacing the tenderness
Of your silent lips
So I may carry
The Essence
Of you eternally.
