I love your attitude regarding this encounter and experience, William. I got dumped on by a seagull not long ago and my girlfriend at the time had a good laugh at my indignation; as did a lot of other folks walking by on the sea wall. Hearing her and watching her laugh was well worth the... ...sea gull's message to me? Love and peace,

A very nice job this poem is!
Nonetheless, it's wonder if that Hawk
had believed that you had needed hair
conditioner and body wash, or it had only done
it for a laugh?

Not sure about it being good karma, but certainly I have heard it to be good luck...but that was about a seagull name of Jonathon...though it might be good karma that you did no shoot the bird when he laughed at you...-e-
