Even the animals can feel then the world is in danger. I feel skittish like a deer caught in headlights when I walk outside. One day, the tides will turn for the better.

As for what's really happening, many doctors now admit that even if we did not stay home even the highest peaks of this curve would have been manageable. In other words, they are saying that all we were trying to do was prevent was an over-load of our health system in the midst of an epidemic. Sure, it sounded bad when deaths were reported day-by-day and minute-by-minute but it was nothing that our present health system could handle. If that's true then we just improved our readiness for a bigger epidemic in the future. That's very good but was all this world-wide panic truly necessary? If it was NOT really necessary, then we have nothing to fear but fear itself!
Reads like premonitions of what the coronavirus can do to the mind. But these are ancient sounds, too. The call of the wolf in the distance, signaling a hunt in progress when the huddled creatures can still be seen or smelled. The call of the owl, signaling to other owls that it has found a small bird or animal resting and can swoop down on silent wings to snatch up. And finally, the call of the loon in the night, laughing like a hyena at the moon shining on a placid lake.
Natural sounds in the night that conjure up chills down one's back but do not foretell a deadly virus striking soon.
SO WELL DONE WILLIAM AND SO TRUE. EVIL USES TIMES LIKE THESE TO COME WITH LIES, TRYING TO CONVINCE US THAT IT IS IN CHARGE AND GOING TO WIN! BUT THESE TIMES ARE JUST A TEST OF THE FAITHFUL WHO BELIEVE IN GOD. FOR WE KNOW, BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, THAT GOD HAS THE WORLD IN HIS HANDS AND IS STILL VERY MUCH IN CHARGE. WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING BUT, BY FAITH, WE TRUST OUR GOD AND KNOW THAT 'HE' WILL DEFINITELY BRING HUMANITY THROUGH TO VICTORY.
