Oh this kills me you know. I have a friend who had just turned 56 and he is in this state of pondering as well... I am so much younger but I worry about these things already from time to time... know you are loved

Oh William this is so touching! having worded in geriatrics I know the fear, and it's all too real. However,I can tell you have a mind that won't quit my friend, just keep writing and thinking as young as you are;-)!

Sad realizations of the olders, William, written with poignancy and regret. I believe most of have regrets we wonder about as we age. Tears help heal.

Nothing more than you've been round the sun more times, my parents in 80's they still happy at own house after 50+years together, age is a number I know people 40 years old and 80 years young...
