They don't reflect parts of the past that were kind to us, but like anything else they make us who we are, prepare us for futures ahead in which we - different from those who did not go through such events - will exist cherishing different aims that we will try to reach in different ways. Do you ever preserve roses
just let them dry
to a soft brown color
the shape stays the same, but the scent is gone
I do this..........I find them beautiful, yet sad soulveniers..
